Optimists believe that in life-learning, that one is never old too old or experienced to learn, and that participating actively in training is a great way to develop each of us.

The Optimist Institute provides formal training for district and club officers and special roles.  These are current offerings and more and more trainings are made available.  They are easy-to-follow, FREE, and accessible to all Members.

Before you begin obtain your club numbers, member ID, and the passcode.
Even if you are NOT required to take training, feel free to start your journey of personal development.
